Fame is een dochter van Darco, een topvererver als het op springpaarden aankomt. Haar moeder is een dochter van Stakkato, die nu al enkele jaren de Duitse index van springhengsten aanvoert en bezig is aan zijn internationale carrière met Eva Maria Bitter. Fame komt uit de Hanoveraanse stam 287 (Dünenheim - H. Schridde) waaruit ondermeer de hengsten Arrian, Varus, Louella Wörner en Fatalis Fatum komen. Ook de dressuurtopper Esprit de Valdemar die tweemaal aantrad op de Olympische Spelen (Sydney en Athene) met de huidige Deense Bondscoach Jon Pedersen gaat rechtstreeks terug op Fame's moederlijn. De hengst Fatalis Fatum behaalde een tweede plaats op het Bundeschampionat voor vijfjarigen te Wahrendorf. Hij sprong internationaal (1.50m) in de US onder het zadel van de Argentijnse ruiter Federico Sztyrle, en is sinds 2005 terug in Duitsland waar hij onder het zadel van Sören von Rönne wordt uitgebracht.
Fame is a daughter of Darco, a top Sire as far as showjumping is concerned. He competed on an international and Olympic level with Ludo Philippaerts and is known as a producer of top showjumpers. Her mother is a daughter of the german No. 1 sire Stakkato. Fame comes out of the Hanoverian Dünenheim- Stamm (Stamm 287 - Schridde) out of which come a.o. the stallions Arrian, Varus, Louella Wörner and Fatalis Fatum. Also the dressage-topper Esprit de Valdemar who competed at the Olympics both in Sydney and Athens under the saddle of the current Danish teamcoach Jon Pedersen goes back directly to Fame's motherline. The stallion Fatalis Fatum ended second during the Bundeschampionat for 5-y. olds in Wahrendorf. He jumped in the USA on an international level with Federico Sztyrle and is back in Germany since 2005 where he competes under the saddle of Sören von Rönne.
